"We’ve gone every 6 months for the last couple of years to check if my kiddo is ready for braces and the office is very patient about waiting and making sure his teeth were ready. They didn’t try to push anything that wasn’t needed and there was no cost to be seen for those appointments for “check ins.” They are very detailed and transparent about payment options, plan of care and working with my son’s general dentist office for other procedures needed before braces."

I needed a replacement retainer which was the comfiest I've probably ever had, and I needed a new bonded retainer which took all of 15 minutes, maybe, and the tech made sure I could floss and maintain hygiene with it which was such a plus. Kind and courteous staff, all of them are so sweet. I can't say enough good! Seriously wouldn't go anywhere else."

I called and they had an appointment for me the same day, but went even further and called our dentist to see what would be the best for her. "Went above and beyond for us!My daughter had an orthodontic emergency Monday evening and I was unable to get her to her regular orthodontist. I called Dr. Fryar's office in hopes of having her seen, she was not a patient of Dr. Fryar and had never been seen in his office before, I was in a bit of a panic and his staff was patient with me and answered all my questions. Dr. Fryar was willing to stay after hours to see a patient that was not his! We arrived about 30 minutes after closing. He was thorough and explained to us what the options were and the best way to handle our situation. I will be transferring my daughters orthodontic care to Dr. Fryar!!"

"Life savior! We were two hours away from our orthodontist and my daughter’s new bracket injured her tongue. My doctor did a subpar job. Dr. Fryar was so kind to see her between his patients! He made an adjustment and it made it better. He offered to see her again if the problem didn’t go away completely. There was no charge for it at all. All of the staff were so professional! What a pity we are not patients here. Dr. Fryar and his office staff are so much better than at the office we are going to in chicago! Day And Night! Don’t even think twice - you have to come here and nowhere else."
